This application has been filed for reviewing the order, dated 29.07.2013, passed in CWJC No. 1164 of 2012 by this

Patna High Court C. REV. No.417 of 2013(5) dt.09-08-2017 2/2 Court, whereby the Letters Patent Appeal, preferred by the petitioners against the order, dated 01.05.2012, passed in CWJC No. 8491 of 2012, has been dismissed, holding therein "on perusal of the record, there is no gain saying that large scale irregularities were committed in the present selection process. In the circumstances if the learned Single Judge directed to conduct the counselling afresh and to prepare a fresh panel for appointment. We see no justification in interfering with the said order".

Learned Counsel for the petitioner has failed to point out any error, apparent on the face of record, in the order passed by the Division Bench in the Letters Patent Appeal. Accordingly, the application, being devoid of merit, is hereby dismissed.
