From the statement of the victim it is evident that petitioner Wasim had kidnapped her and kept her at Delhi for fifteen days then, thereafter, she was taken to Nepal and from Nepal, she on her own returned back. There happens to be no allegation against petitioner Wasim to have misbehaved with the victim. Victim had not put any kind of allegation against petitioner no.1 who happens to be father of Wasim.

Accordingly, petitioners Anwarul Haque @ Md.

Anwarool Haque, Wasim each are directed to be released on bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48355 of 2017 (2) dt.17-10-2017 on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Araria P.S. Case No.444/2017.
