The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 168 of 2017 registered under Sections 420, 406 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act in connection with Complaint Case No. 168 of 2017 pending in the court of learned ACJM-2, Bhabua at Kaimur.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case due to village politics. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the opposite

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66119 of 2018(3) dt.06-03-2019 2/2 parties opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that the petitioner took Rs. 8,00,000/- as loan from the complainant and issued a cheque but the same was dishonoured by the Bank for insufficiency of fund. Hence, the petitioner is not fit for grant of anticipatory bail.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and nature of the allegation, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
