The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015 registered under Sections 323, 341, 324, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the fact that there is a case and counter case in which members of both sides have sustained injuries and the informant of the present case sustained only simple and superficial injuries, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, the petitioner

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50599 of 2015 (2) dt.05-11-2015 2 / 2 is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Majorganj P.S. Case No. 194 of 2015 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr. P.C.
