2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code registered in connection with Kuchaikot P.S. Case No. 01 of 2019.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the backdrop of family dispute and the parties are agnates.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of offence alleged and one of the injuries of the informant said to be grievous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. The anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed.
