JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2018 This application has come under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' at the instance of learned counsel for the petitioner stating that submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that charge sheet has been submitted under Section 374 of the Indian Penal Code, which is bailable, but by mistake, it has come in the order that charge has been framed. As such "charge has been framed under Section 374 of the Indian Penal Code" be read as "charge-sheet has been submitted under Section 374 of Indian Penal Code, which is bailable".
