The petitioners' complain in the instant writ proceeding is that they had participated in the selection process for Para Legal Volunteers. Ignoring their claim, others have been selected pursuant to the selection process. It is their allegation that though they had been declared selected. Later on, others have been selected and

On a query of this Court as to what is the basis of such submission and where is the communication declaring them selected, petitioners' counsel would refer to Annexure-4 of the writ petition, the same is a self serving document, written by the petitioner no.1 himself, and is not a deceleration of his selection.

State, on the other hand, has placed on record the communication dated 24.05.2010 issued by the District Magistrate, Vaishali to the District and Sessions Judge, Vaishali forwarding the list of candidates selected as Para Legal Volunteers wherein petitioners' names does not find place. Allegation of the petitioners, therefore, cannot be sustained on the basis of any document on record.

No enforceable claim has been made out.

Writ petition is dismissed.
