2. The present petition has been filed for initiation of contempt proceeding against the order dated 20.01.2025 passed in CWJC No. 1001 of 2015.

3. The writ court directed the opposite party Executive Officer, New Capital Circle, Patna to consider the name of the two petitioners and pass a reasoned/speaking order

Patna High Court MJC No.2306 of 2019(4) dt.19-09-2024 2/2 in accordance with law after giving actual opportunity to them.

4. The show cause of the opposite party is on record and vide memo no. 5101 dated 01.12.2022, Municipal Corporation Patna has rejected the claim on the ground that they failed to produce any document.

5. The petitioners have all the liberty to challenge the order. No contempt is made out, MJC No. 2306 of 2019 is disposed of.
