1. Heard Mr. Md. Nurul Hoda learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Mohammed Arif, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 dated 15.03.2025 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 126(2),115(2), 109, 352, 351(2) and 3(5) of the B.N.S.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the petitioner is a lady and has been languishing in jail since 16.03.2025, the FIR has been registered against eight accused persons including the petitioner without revealing any specific role of this petitioner in the commission of the alleged occurrence, in fact, the prosecution party in this case assaulted the persons belonging to the petitioner's side for which

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No. 43110 of 2025(3) dt.10-09-2025 2/2 FIR of Rajoun P.S. Case No. 120 of 2025 registered prior to the registration of the FIR in the present matter. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner is an old lady.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly taking into account the petitioner's old age as well as her custody period, this court is inclined to release her on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 121 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
