The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. The dispute is essentially between two neighbours. The specific allegation of firing is upon Ganesh Choupal, who fired at the husband of the informant who later on succumbed to the injuries.
Be that as it may, the petitioners above named in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, shall
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.41817 of 2016 (2) dt.23-09-2016 2/2 be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case no. 101 of 2016 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
