Let the defects, as pointed out by the office, be removed within four weeks of start of normal functioning of the physical court.

Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Banshi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

30 litre country made liquor was recovered from the motorcycle. It is alleged that petitioners succeeded in fleeing away leaving the motorcycle.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.471 of 2021(2) dt.27-10-2021 2/2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have committed no offence. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent. He further submits that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and they have been falsely implicated in the present case.

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, however, opposed the prayer of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, this anticipatory bail petition is allowed and it is ordered that petitioners, in the event of their arrest/ surrender within a period of six weeks from today, shall be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Jehanabad in Banshi P.S. Case No. 41 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajesh Kumar Verma, J) shahzad/- U T
