During pendency of the present writ application certain amount has been paid by the respondents. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner disputes the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17845 of 2011(21) dt.03-10-2018 2/3 calculation and claims that approximately Rs. Three lacs and odd was not paid as per the chart although it is admitted by the University in its previous correspondence.

Mr. Shashi Bhushan Singh, learned counsel for the respondent-University with reference to the said calculation chart submits that whatever amount admissible to the petitioner was paid and nothing remains payable to the petitioner. Considering the fact that there is some dispute with regard to calculation, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation addressed to the Vice-Chancellor of the University enclosing the documents on which the claim of the petitioner is based. In the event such representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the University will provide opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or her counsel and pass a reasoned order. In case any claim is admitted by the respondent-University, the University shall issue payment order within a period of three months from the date of filing of such representation. In the event the University disputes the claim of the petitioner, the University shall pass a reasoned order with calculation chart within the time frame indicated hereinabove.

With the aforesaid, the writ application stands
