The petitioners seek bail in Nowkothi P.S. Case No. 07 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have assaulted the son of informant by lathi on his head whereas, petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have opened fire, but did not cause any firearm injury.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that there is land dispute between the parties. The doctor has found injury on the person of son of informant to be simple in nature and

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners above-named, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate Ist Class, Begusarai in connection with Nowkothi P.S.
