Petitioner's claim appointment by way of regularization in the respondent-authority. It is pointed out that claim of other similarly situated has been disposed of by order dated 13.07.2018 passed in CWJC No 20728 of 2010 on certain terms, copy of the said order has been passed on to the Court. Having regard to the aforesaid submissions, instant case is also disposed of in terms of the order passed in CWJC No 20728 of 2010.

In case, there are five vacancies remaining to be filled

Patna High Court CWJC No.9428 of 2011(9) dt.08-07-2019 2/2 up, respondents may consider appointing the petitioner herein on Class IV post subject to their fulfillment of appointment criteria.

This order may not be deemed to be an expression on merit of the claim of the petitioner.
