JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 12-07-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Bihta P.S. Case No. 205 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 149, 341, 448, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
Written report disclosed an allegation that petitioner and other accused persons came and assaulted the informant and looted away the ornaments and on the abatement of the petitioner no.2, other accused persons assaulted by Garasa on the informant, causing injuries above his eyes and accused Rakesh Kumar slammed her mother-in-law and taken Rs.30,000/- and damaged the articles also.
Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the informant is daughter-in-law of the brother of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.43080 of 2019(2) dt.12-07-2019 2/2 petitioner no.1. No specific allegation has been attributed against any of them except that petitioner no.2 has abated his mother -in -law.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-I, Danapur, in connection with Bihta P.S.
