JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-11-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sasaram (Mufasil) P.S. Case No. 97 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code. The case of the prosecution is that while the informant was coming on his motorcycle to his residence, he was stopped by the accused persons and on pistol point, his motorcycle and mobile were taken away. Subsequently, it appears that the petitioner has been roped in on account of his shoes recognized by the villagers, which was found from the place of occurrence. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as far as criminal antecedent is concerned, he has been made accused in one case in which he has already been granted bail and further he is languishing in jail since 17.4.2017. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, I deem it fit and proper to enlarge the petitioner, above named, on regular bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sasaram (Mufasil) P.S.
