The petitioner seeks regular bail in registered for the offences punishable under sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

FIR is against unknown for murder of informant's son.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no eye witness of the occurrence and petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion and no motive has been assigned for committing such offence by the accused persons. Petitioner has got clean antecedent as stated in paragraph 3 of the bail petition. Petitioner is in custody since 11.4.2021.

Learned counsel for the State and the informant oppose the prayer for bail and submit that SIM card and Aadhar card of the deceased were recovered from the possession of the petitioner which shows that this petitioner was also involved in the offence.
