The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 366A of the Indian Penal Code.
The accusation is of enticing the minor daughter of the informant by Vishal Mahto. The victim has named Vishal, Praduman and the petitioners in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the victim was in love with Vishal and maliciously the petitioners have been roped in the present case.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.53207 of 2015 (2) dt.24-11-2015 2/2 Considering the fact that the victim has been found to be minor and named the petitioners, let the learned court below consider the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners, if the petitioners surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Nayagaon P.S. Case No. 56 of 2015 pending in the court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 6th, Saran at Chapra.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of.
