2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 684 of 2023 registered under Sections 366 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, on 29.06.2023 at about 01:00 p.m., the wife of late nephew of informant namely Sunita Devi who is mother of three children had gone to medical checkup, but she did not return. On search, informant came to know that co-accused Bipin Kumar abducted his nephew's wife. On 27.07.2023 at about 5:00 p.m., these petitioners along with coaccused Bipin Kumar came to the door of informant abused him
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47512 of 2024(3) dt.23-09-2024 2/2 and threatened him of dire consequences.
4. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that from bare perusal of FIR, it is apparent that specific accusation of abduction is against co-accused Bipin Kumar. These petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case because they are father and mother of co-accused Bipin Kumar. It is further submitted that victim is major and has already been recovered. Petitioners have got clean antecedent.
5. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the bail application.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of eight weeks from today, on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra in connection with Sonepur P.S. Case No. 684 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) utkarsh/- U T
