JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 04-10-2018 Learned counsel for the opposite parties has filed a show cause. It is submitted that in fact, the petitioner had obtained appointment as Touring Veterinary Officer by producing forged and fake certificate of Bachelor of Veterinary Science. He has already been terminated from service and recoveries have been made against him.
In the aforesaid view of the matter and in the opinion of this court, this contempt application cannot proceed, it is dismissed. The petitioner if so aggrieved, may pursue his remedy in accordance with law.
