The petitioner seeks bail in Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A and other Sections of the Indian Penal Code. The mother of the victim named Ramchandra Chaudhary and Munna Thakur for kidnapping her daughter. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that during the course of investigation the victim was recovered from the house of the petitioner. The victim herself disclosed that three unknown persons kidnapped her, but she does not know how she came to the house of Rupesh. Rupesh did not misbehave with her and he was keeping her properly.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4600 of 2015 (3) dt.24-03-2015 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, East Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No. 226 of 2014.
