Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs this Court that during the pendency of the present writ petition, the grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, he has not verified from the petitioner as to whether the Treasury Officer has sent the advise for crediting the amount into the pensionary bank account of the petitioner in
Patna High Court CWJC No.10648 of 2023 dt.05-10-2023 2/2 view of the authority dated 05.10.2020.
3. Considering the aforesaid submission and information given on behalf of the petitioner, the Treasury Officer, Patna, is required to verify as to whether he has sent advise for crediting the amount as mentioned in the authority into the pensionary bank account of the petitioner and also ensure to make payment of interest on account of delay in making payment of retiral dues, as well as, pension.
4. The petitioner, if so advised, may file a representation before the competent authority for any relief, which is still remains to be paid. The competent authority is directed to dispose of the representation filed on behalf of the petitioner within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of the representation in accordance with law.
5. With above observation and direction, the present writ petition is disposed of.
