This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nawanagar (Basudeva O.P.) P.S. Case No. 293 of 2020 (ND29/20) for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(c),22(b) of the NDPS Act.

In view of allegation levelled against the petitioner and the material that connect him with the crime, this is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this bail application is dismissed.
