2. Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 2, 33 of the Indian Forest Act and Sections 2, 27, 29, 31, 51 of the Wildlife (Protection) Act.

3. As per prosecution case, these petitioners were seen cutting wood in the forest area and when confronted, they succeeded in fleeing. Petitioners have got three criminal antecedents of similar nature.

4. Considering the nature of accusation and criminal

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45441 of 2024(2) dt.30-07-2024 2/2 antecedents of similar nature, prayer for bail of the petitioners is refused.
