JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 20-06-2018 In view of the fact that the petitioner has superannuated, Mr. Anand Kumar Ojha learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner may be permitted to approach the University for redressal of his grievance and the University may be directed to decide the representation proposed to be filed by the petitioner for redressal of his grievance. In view of the above, the petitioner may file the

Patna High Court CWJC No.19759 of 2011(9) dt.20-06-2018 2/2 representation within a period of one month from today along with a copy of this order. The university is required to take final decision on the representation filed by the petitioner within a further period of two months from the date of copy of receipt/production of this order.
