Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is mother-in-law of the victim of dowry death. There is allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same against the husband and all the in-laws, general and omnibus in nature.

Learned counsel for the informant opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts aforesaid as well as the fact that petitioner is a female and investigation of the case is already complete, let the petitioner, above named, be released on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.40279 of 2019(3) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Bakhri Police Station Case No.56 of 2019, subject to condition that both the bailors shall be resident of the territorial jurisdiction of the learned court below and the petitioner shall fully co-operate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
