2. The present writ petition has been filed for refund of the security amount of Rs. 36,00,000/- and for the amount deposited by the petitioner towards auction of wheat but not delivered to him, along with appropriate interest.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is entitled to substantial refund in respect of the aforesaid deposits made by him which have still not been paid to him. In this respect

Patna High Court CWJC No.8512 of 2015 dt.05-11-2015 he has filed representations before the District Manager as well as before the Managing Director of the Respondent Corporation.

4. Learned counsel for the Respondent Corporation appears and has been heard.

5. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and on consideration of the materials on record the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation, Patna (Respondent No. 2) to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 05.02.2015 said to have been filed and pending before him expeditiously in accordance with law and after grant of opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
