JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-10-2017 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

Petitioner has come before this court for modification of the order dated 20.07.2017, passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 33690 of 2017 in which he was granted bail as he wants extension of time for surrender.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that Pairvikar of the case has not informed the petitioner on time about grant of bail and, as such, he could not appear in the court within the time limit.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and it appears from the order dated 20.07.2017, that petitioner was granted bail but he could not surrender within the time limit. In such view of the matter, let the petitioner be surrender in the learned court below and make prayer for his regular bail which will be considered by the court below considering the fact that earlier he was grant privilege of anticipatory bail.
