JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks bail in Asthawan P.S. Case No. 8 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section 414/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 11.01.2018.

It is alleged in the written report that police intercepted one Motorcycle. Petitioner was apprehended but other accused persons managed to run away. Petitioner could not produce any paper in support of the Motorcycle in question. Keeping in view the period spent by the petitioner in custody, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.55737 of 2018 (3) dt.08-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Nalanda at Biharsharif, in connection with Asthawan P.S.
