Hilsa, District-Nalanda in Case no. 48(M.P.)/2020/ Case no. 624(M)/2020, purportedly under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.11019 of 2021(2) dt.19-05-2022 2/2 Section 144 of Code of Criminal Procedure has since worked out its force, inasmuch as any order passed under Section 144 Cr.P.C. is valid only for a period of 60 days, the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the present petition, however with liberty to agitate his subsisting grievances, if any, by taking recourse to such remedies as are available under the law.
