A supplementary show cause has been filed by the State annexing therein a letter dated 27.03.2018 (Annexure A), in which the petitioner has himself stated that he is not interested in the interest part nor he wants to contest the same so far as it relates to accrual of interest on the amount, which is due to him.
Learned counsel for the petitioner, however, submits that there is still dispute with regard to the bills.

The application is thus disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to raise any other claim as may be tenable under law.
