JUSTICE SAMARENDRA PRATAP SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Sections 285, 307, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons threw boiling water on the body of the informant and also opened pipeline of Gas as a result of which she sustained burnt injuries. The petitioners submit that petitioner No.2 Aarti Devi is wife of petitioner No.1 and petitioner No.1 is own Dewar of the informant.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner No.2 Aarti Devi, is directed to be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of her arrest/surrender, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.52490 of 2015 (2) dt.10-11-2015 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur in Sultanganj P.S. Case No.176 of 2015.

The prayer for anticipatory bail of petitioner No.1 Munna Kumar Gupta @ Munna Gupta is rejected.
