====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 08-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 24/2018, instituted for the offences under Sections 363 and 366/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that F.I.R. is against unknown. Name of this petitioner has come after recovery of victim.

Statement of the victim, recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., is available in case diary, wherein she has disclosed her age to be 20 years. The court below has assessed the age of victim to be 20 years. In her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C., she has stated that she went to this petitioner on being

From the statement of the victim itself, it appears that she had voluntarily gone with this petitioner. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M. IVth, Darbhanga in connection with Sakatpur P.S. Case No. 24/2018, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
