2. Direction was only to pass a detailed and speaking order. Perusal of the order dated 26.07.2022, it is evident that a detailed speaking order has been passed and the same has been placed on record along with the show cause.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present contempt proceeding stands dropped, reserving liberty to assail the action of the respondents before appropriate forum, if the petitioner is still aggrieved.

4. With the above observation, the contempt petition stands dropped.
