2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023 instituted for the offences under Sections 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Prosecution case, in short, is that a stolen Bolero Vehicle was recovered from the house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. Learned counsel further submitted that petitioner is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner has transpired in this case during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of

Learned counsel further submitted that although there is recovery of stolen Bolero vehicle from outside the house of the petitioner but the same was parked by the co-accused Ajay Kumar and this petitioner has got no concern with the same. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has one criminal antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above named, in the event of arrest/surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six months from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court below/concerned Court in connection with Sikta P.S. Case No. 13 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
