The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Bihra P.S. Case No. 178/2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 323, 504 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. The complainant filed a complaint case on the basis of which the present FIR was lodged and alleged that the petitioner assured him to provide job in Grade IV in Railway and on such took Rs. 1,50,000/-, but the petitioner did not provide him job nor return the money.
It is submitted that the petitioner did not take any money. There is no cheat of papers to show that the petitioner received any money from the informant.
Having considered the facts and nature of allegations
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.28265 of 2015 (3) dt.26-11-2015 2/2 made against the petitioner, the petitioner above named in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri V.N. Prasad, Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Bihra P.S. Case No. 178/2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
