The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Trial No. 3050 of 2020 arising out of Forest Case No. 88 of 2013 appertaining to the Offence Report No. 521 of 2013 registered under Sections 33, 41 and 42 of the Indian Forest Act, 1927 (As amended by Bihar Amendment Act, 1990) and Sections 2, 17, 27, 29, 31 and 51 of the Wild Life (Protection) Act, 1972 (As amended by Amending Act, 2006). Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case due to suspicion. Further submission is that petitioner was neither arrested at the place of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.55421 of 2021(2) dt.11-05-2022 2/2 occurrence nor was anything recovered from his conscious possession. He is a man of clean antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate-I, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Trial No. 3050 of 2020 arising out of Forest Case No. 88 of 2013 appertaining to the Offence Report No. 521 of 2013, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
