JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Motihari Town P.S. Case No. 519 of 2015 registered under Sections 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the specific allegation against the petitioner that he repeatedly assaulted with Chhura on the person of the informant causing injury on his back and neck, I am not inclined to grant him anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seek bail, the same shall be considered on its own merit without being prejudiced in any manner by the order of this Court.
