JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard Sri Mukesh Kumar Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Madan Kumar, learned A.P.P. The petitioner, who is in custody in connection with Morhowrah P.S. Case No. 238 of 2015 registered for the offence punishable under Section 376/511 / 34 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of bail.

It was submitted that petitioner is in custody since 7.7.2015 in attempt to commit rape.

Keeping in view the nature of accusation and the period of custody, let the petitioner Vikash Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - 2, Saran Chapra in connection
