Petitioner seeks bail in Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.150 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364, 384 Indian Penal Code.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has been made accused merely because she is mother of accused, Sanu Singh.
The informant has levelled allegation against Sanu Singh of kidnapping his daughter.
The victim in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. has levelled allegation against Sanu Singh. Petitioner is in custody since 28.03.2018.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.56162 of 2018 (3) dt.04-10-2018 2/2 the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga, in connection with Laheriasarai P.S. Case No.150 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
