2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A/323 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and sections 3 & 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that both parties have resolved and settled their dispute in terms of settlement mutually agreed upon by them. A copy of the settlement is annexed with the mediator's report dated 9.4.2025.

4. Learned counsel for opposite party no.2 does not controvert the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. Considering the mediator's report, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in Darbhanga Mahila Police Station Case No. 103 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure as well as in terms of settlement.
