JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 14-09-2016 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. This application has been filed seeking modification in the order, dated 11.05.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 11975 of 2016, whereby the petitioner has been granted anticipatory bail in connection with Sigori Police Station Case No. 45 of 2015, pending before learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Danapur, Patna, subject to the condition that he will surrender before the Court below within six weeks.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the Court below within the time aforementioned and has prayed for grant of three weeks' further time.

Considering the submission, as above, this

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.37090 of 2016 (2) dt.14-09-2016 2/2 application is allowed and the order, dated 11.05.2016, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 11975 of 2016, is modified to the extent that the time to surrender before the Court below is extended by three weeks from today.
