JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 04-12-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471/120B of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that petitioner and others have disqualified in the Bihar Elementary Teacher Eligibility Test (B.E.T.E.T.) examination but she claimed that she qualified in the aforesaid test and on the basis of false claim she applied for the appointment as 'Panchayat' teacher.
It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner was actually not appointed on the basis of false claim. Considering the fact that petitioner was actually not appointed on the basis of false claim, let she be released on anticipatory bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the

No.54930 of 2015 (2) dt.04-12-2015 2/2 learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Birpur, Supaul in connection with Ratanpura P.S. Case No.7 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
