ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 14-12-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioners are in custody since 01.10.2017 in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.127 of 2017 registered for the offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 307, 504 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the entire allegation is against one Bijendra Jamadar and Kabindra Jamadar and not against the present petitioners.
