The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019 registered under Section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. Petitioners are members of the mob. Further he submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52423 of 2021(2) dt.13-04-2022 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Khagaria in connection with Gogari P.S. Case No. 37 of 2019, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
