The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 59 of 2022 registered under Section 366 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 10/11 of Child Marriage Prohibition Act, 2006.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further submission is that there is no material against the petitioner in the whole case diary. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42805 of 2022(8) dt.14-03-2023 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Dehri, Rohtas in connection with Rohtas P.S. Case No. 59 of 2022, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
