1. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that during the pendency of the writ petition, grievance of the petitioners No. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6 have been redressed by the respondent, as such he does not press the writ petition on behalf of the respondents No. 1, 2, 3, 5 and 6.
2. So far as petitioner no. 4 is concerned, he was paid salary upto February 2018. His grievance is now confined to payment of salary from March 2018 onwards.
3. In view of the above the respondents is directed to examine the claim of the petitioner No.4, namely Shubh Kant Mishra for payment of salary from March 2018 onwards, in case
Patna High Court CWJC No.12059 of 2014(2) dt.31-07-2018 3/3 the petitioner has worked, the respondents are required to ensure payment of arrears of salary for the aforesaid period. The decision with regard to payment of salary of petitioner no. 4 for March 2018 onwards may be taken by the respondent No. 5, District Education Officer, Muzaffarpur within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt / production of a copy of this order.
4. With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
