ANJANA PRAKASH ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 13-04-2015 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner and the State. The Petitioner submits that the Judgment dated 5.11.2012 passed by the District & Sessions Judge, Siwan, in Criminal Appeal No. 38 of 2011 maintaining the conviction of the Petitioner under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code directing him to execute bonds for a period of one year in terms of Probation of Offenders Act, be set aside because in his opinion, the Informant is going to misuse the direction issued in the Civil Suit which is the main reason for institution of the present case. However, in view of the nature of sentence, I am not inclined to interfere in the matter.
