2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 corresponding S.Tr. No. 46 of 2023 registered under section 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506/36 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per prosecution, the petitioners are said to have assaulted the victim with lathi and danda. They are in custody since 30.07.2022, 22.09.2022, 14.09.2022.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of Assistant Sessions Judge-II, Bihar Sharif, Nalanda of Successor Court in connection with Silao P.S. Case No. 137 of 2022 corresponding S.Tr. No. 46 of 2023.
