The petitioner seeks bail in Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 233/2018, instituted for the offence under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that petitioner is not named in the written report. There is no recovery of any incriminating article from possession of this petitioner. He has clean antecedent. He has been arrested merely on suspicion. It is further submitted that petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.57341 of 2018 (3) dt.29-10-2018 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in connection with Udwantnagar P.S.
